We love raising money for our chosen charity - Children Are Butterflies, we love volunteering within our local community, and we help those who really do need it. Last year we were proud to launch our CARE CSR initiative, generating funds for the Girls and Boys Town in South Africa.

Did you know 77% of all behaviour is driven by emotion? We work with a number of behavioural scientists and professors to understand how our rational thought and emotions drive decisions and behaviours. We then apply behavioural economics concepts and research within our solutions.

25 years ago I was lucky enough to be a junior member of a team that launched one the UK's first ever loyalty cards. Since then my world has been all about incentives, motivation, loyalty, recognition and great live events. I've been fortunate to find my perfect career and work with some amazing people for some fabulous clients. More recently I’ve loved meeting, learning from and collaborating with leading academics to develop our use of behavioural science to fire up audience engagement levels for our clients.

I thrive on challenges and the pursuit of innovative solutions, particularly those that expand the performance and productivity of channels and employees, build brand advocacy and engender customer loyalty.

With 30 years’ experience in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions industry, I have worked with a number of leading client brands, concentrating on developing global strategic meetings management programmes. My client focus has centred on automotive, financial/profesional services, IT and pharmaceutical. At BI WORLDWIDE, I lead a highly motivated, knowledgable and enthusiastic team of Event professionals, delivering a six-star service to our clients.
Sales & Marketing Director
I have worked at BI WORLDWIDE for over 12 years and am responsible for Sales and Marketing activity across Europe, Middle East and Africa. This includes meeting new clients and showcasing what BI WORLDWIDE can do. I am lucky to work with a large, talented and extremely dedicated team. I love the challenge and variety of real world business issues and how our 'positively influencing people' approach helps our clients achieve their business goals.
Chief Financial Officer
I joined BI WORLDWIDE in 2012 as Financial Controller with responsibility for day to day financial operations and was promoted to Finance Director in 2014. As well as leading the Finance team, I head up the teams responsible for Rewards fulfilment throughout EMEA. I am proud to lead a great team of professionals who with a strong understanding of operational issues, coupled with a passion to deliver, support the business to allow them to make the right financial decisions and deliver the business objectives.

I have almost 15 years’ experience in Performance Improvement leading technology teams to build innovative and engaging solutions for many UK and Global clients. I’m passionate about new technologies and finding ways to use them to add business value and drive productivity, but with a strong Financial Services background I am also committed to ensure that our solutions are secure and protected against ever changing cyber threats.
With over 20 years’ experience in HR, and a career spent in financial services, I now have the enormous pleasure of running a small team of HR professionals in a company that genuinely loves and engages its employees. Our daily challenge is to ensure that the engagement and performance improvement solutions we design for our clients are replicated for our own associates.
