The HR Vendors Awards by World HRD Congress recognises HR service providers for their contribution towards their client’s business in employee engagement, employee recognition and rewards, HR payroll software, systems and tools, etc. from around the globe.
BI WORLDWIDE India won three category laurels outperforming other nominations judged by esteemed jury members for each award category. The company won ‘Best Overall Employee Engagement Service Provider’ which is a testament to the fact that BI WORLDWIDE is the only company to use the concepts and science of behavioural economics to drive engagement with employees, channel partners and customers.
For providing measurable results by deploying an effective and sustained engagement strategy for over six years to one of the largest BPO companies in India, they were awarded ‘Best Rewards & Recognition Program Provider’ for the Business Process Outsourcing and IT category’. Yet, in another category, using benchmarks and best practices to improve engagement levels that resulted in more than 75,000 recognition moments for one of the largest globally deployed programmes, BI WORLDWIDE India was awarded ‘Best Rewards & Recognition Program Provider’ for the IT Services/IT Consulting category.
