The employee engagement programme needed to be flexible enough to adapt to each local culture.
BI WORLDWIDE travelled to each of the client’s regional offices to engage with the client’s local teams and understand their regional requirements. As a result, an employee engagement programme was designed reflecting local nuances and local processes.

Points are given to reward employees for positive behaviours which align to the client’s values
Points can be spent through BI WORLDWIDE’s online reward catalogue
A million recognitions were sent within the first year of the employee engagement programme being rolled out in all locations.
