The client was looking for a full service events agency to undertake production and event delivery. They wanted to use the same UK venue they had used the previous year, which meant the event needed to be completely bespoke, giving delegates a new, unique and on-brand experience.
What we delivered
For each area used within the venue, BI WORLDWIDE created a new look and feel in line with the client’s branding
The event involved delegates participating in a highly interactive and engaging ‘Top Gear’ style business session, followed by an evening of entertainment with guest speakers, four course gala dinner and an awards ceremony
The Reception area was set up like a business class style lounge
A large space within the venue was utilised for a combination of business sessions as well as the evening recognition dinner
Moving walls with curved projection screens revealed hidden stages and famous music acts, creating many elements of surprise throughout the event
In total, 54 million pixels worth of content was displayed across 480sq metres of screens
Over 50 tonnes of equipment was flown into the roof space
This was the largest event to be held within the biggest ballroom in Europe with the highest ceiling.
