This retail client was looking for an agency that could help drive sales performance, improve customer service, and embody their values during key seasons throughout all of their UK stores.

It was important for the client to maintain engagement throughout the year especially when no incentives were running and provide employees with the right level of information, training, opportunities and encouragement they require to realise their potential and be their best.
