BI WORLDWIDE's Group Aviation Department is flying out to Abu Dhabi in collaboration with Etihad Airways to spend three days in March at the airline's head office learning more about how the airline works.
The initiative is part of BI WORLDWIDE’s Continuous Professional Development Programme for its Associates. The Group Aviation team will spend time with Etihad’s Yield Management team, Contracting team, Innovation Centre, Airport Operations Management and have a chance to experience the A380 with the residential and first class suites on the upper deck.
Jo McGuinness, Group Aviation Manager at BI WORLDWIDE stated: “We do a lot of business to the UAE and this initiative will ensure that the team gains a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes with a leading airline. This insight will inevitably help us manage clients’ expectations of their group travel arrangements to the region.”

Ged Mills joins Jo on the trip during which they will get a chance to experience product on the ground thanks to the support of BI WORLDWIDE’s hotel partners: Kempinski, Fairmont and St Regis.
