BI WORLDWIDE once again hosted another fantastic ‘Partners in Success’ awards ceremony, recognising its most valued event partners from across the globe.
This year’s event took place on Monday March 2, held at the ultra-modern and trendy Blue Fin Building in Central London.
Adding a cinema twist to the ceremony, over 70 guests were invited into a cinema theatre, guided to their seats by flash torches, and given beverages and popcorn.
This year’s event was coordinated by Project Executive Alex Smedley alongside Operations Director Rachel Belliere-Wilson. Rachel comments: “We took a slightly different direction this year by using the Blue Fin Building and adding a ‘cinema take’ onto the ceremony. The venue is ultra-modern and offers a light and airy atmosphere as well as spectacular views of the city. This venue was perfect for Partners in Success and we made use of the space offered to us, keeping the event nicely contained. We hosted last year’s event at the fabulous ME hotel and we knew we were going to struggle to find a venue that matched its standard. However, the concept of the event not being hosted in a hotel actually worked well and was in fact very successful.
“Recognising our most valued partners publically and giving them the time to network and socialise, really has a return of investment threefold. The foundation of the event service industry is all about building relationships and trust and this is what we seek to achieve at our Partners in Success annual events.
To start the ceremony, guests were shown a short movie clip, which was then followed by Managing Director Mike Davies announcing the Merit and Excellence Awards winners of each category. The following awards went to:
