Sales incentive trip for top performers

This technology client worked with BI WORLDWIDE to launch a global sales incentive programme offering a four day trip to Greece for top performers.


It was important that the incentive programme and event were both consistent and recognised as one brand so that employees had the best-in-class experience. The event also had to meet one of the company’s core values of sustainability, and therefore was a completely paperless event.

What we delivered

  • BI WORLDWIDE designed, delivered and managed the global sales incentive programme and event
  • The sales incentive linked to the event effortlessly and 140 people attended
  • The incentive programme was designed to be the main source of information supported by various forms of communication and was also used for delegate registration
  • The event agenda allowed the right dose of business networking and leisure time
  • A specially designed event app was used for the event by all delegates, including updates and agendas
